The book was great till you got to about the 2/3 mark. Again they make the Jedi look like they can't fight their way out of a paper bag. I am tired of Luke not getting to show us just how powerful he really is, he is always hurt or injured before every major battle so he is never at his peak. The end of book was so predictable, Vestara is going to turn on Ben, Abeloth has taken over Coruscant in minutes, The Jedi open the doors for the Sith etc etc... Just once it will be nice for the Jedi to see a problem coming and be prepared for it. I hope the fact that the bugs are brought back into the mix in the next book doesn't mean the story line is going to move away from Luke. The book and the series are enjoyable, but it is time for the Jedi to look like the warriors they are,and have to be to protect the universe. It is well written and I've enjoyed reading it. I like the development of Vestara's character and more knowledge about Wyn Dorvan. Also the descripton of the culture of The Lost of the Sith was great. There are more than enough plots, subplots and twists to keep your mind busy. It surprised me there was a key player suddenly killed without any info how and where it happened. Perhaps is this an intentional gap for an e-book or comic?
