iPhone Case Features Steve Jobs in Carbonite; Apple None Too Pleased

The Force may be strong with this one, but no amount of Midichlorians could save designer Greg Koenig from the Force Choke attack of Apple’s lawyers when he tried to sell an iPhone case depicting Steve Jobs frozen in carbonite.

Koenig’s design captured the eyes of Apple and Star Wars fans alike when it was revealed yesterday, but it was ultimately not meant to be. After witnessing the power of Apple’s fully-armed and operational legal Death Star, Koenig withdrew the product, stating “It was fun while it lasted.” The geek savvy designer said he is now looking for freelance work.
